In ip6mode=autohost, 'rtsol rtk0' is time out and cannot obtain a IPv6
address.  I guess this problem is similar to PR 9909.  The workaround
mentioned in it also effects this problem, ie. rtsol works fine while
doing 'tcpdump -i rtk0' in another terminal.
