I believe you mean aic7899...

I believe this bug is the same as my PR#13659. I believe the solution
is the same too -- i.e. re-port the newest FreeBSD AHC driver to NetBSD.
(if I had the hardware, to keep for my own, and someone to pay for at
least some of the time to do the work, I'd make a stab at it.... :-)
