chat/irssi package builds with ncurses support, if ncurses is installed, but
doesn't depend on it to be installed.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install ncurses, install irssi. Remove ncurses (irssi won't depend on it to
be installed), try to run irssi.
>Fix:
Maybe it should be helpful to add a define IRSSI_USE_NCURSES to the prefs. If
ncurses support isn't requested by the user, the package should be configured
--without-ncurses.
