>Description:
When trying to start any program that requires a line in rc.conf the rc script should
say that the program can't start without the appropriate rc.conf entry. After doing
a make install from pkgsrc on postgres I tried to start it (forgetting to add the
rc.conf line) and didn't receive any output.
>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
just add some output to the postgres rc.d script that let's the user know why it's
	not starting.
