After erasing a CD-RW, it is impossible to unmount it. Obviously I did
not realise it was mounted at the time :) but was couldn't unmount it
and was forced to reboot.

>How-To-Repeat:
# mount /dev/cd0a /cdrom
# cdrecord blank=fast
[...]
# umount /dev/cd0a
umount: /cdrom: invalid argument

There really should be a way to force unmount a file system.
