It seems to choke on lun > 0. i've already seen CD like this, and there
are a lot of them in the quirk list already. This one
seems especially broken, as it refuses to go to MSG_OUT phase when
asked, it seems.
What CD drive is it ? It may alerady be in the quirk table, this one
has been added after 1.5.3 has been out:
