link with:
locore.o: In function `Xintr_tss_ddbipi':
locore.o(.text+0x1f7d): undefined reference to `ddb_ipi_tss'
This appears to be a problem with apicvec.s, since it's referencing ddb_ipi_tss
outside an #if defined(DDB).
