I think the correct fix is for the rx maintainer(s) to provide a tarball
without the "..".

Hopefully, pax won't allow ".." too. I see the pax with 1.6 does. I
send-pr'd tests for gnutar but forgot pax :(

In this case, the doc directory is within the rx directory.
