URLs in docs and manpages finally updated.
Mangled command-recording fixed.
OSS sound code clean for NetBSD (and probably other BSDs)
Ctrl-Space bug correctly fixed
dumb interface added as a seperate make target (goes great with PHP)

If $TERM is xterm and frotz is linked with NetBSD's curses, color displays fine.  ncurses is still funny with color.
