System: NetBSD capsicum.wsrcc.com 1.6K NetBSD 1.6K (WSRCC_ATHLON) #1: Sat Nov 2 11:16:06 PST 2002 wolfgang@capsicum.wsrcc.com:/v/src/netbsd/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/WSRCC_ATHLON i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
-current from Nov 9 and onward panics on boot just after
probing eap on a creative 1370 pci card. This is what it
	should say:

Nov 13 21:55:04 capsicum /netbsd: eap0 at pci0 dev 10 function 0: Ensoniq AudioPCI (rev. 0x01)
Nov 13 21:55:04 capsicum /netbsd: eap0: interrupting at irq 7
Nov 13 21:55:04 capsicum /netbsd: audio0 at eap0: full duplex, mmap, independent
what it does do say is:

	eap1370_mixer_set_port+0xe1 ... (from handwritten notes)

>How-To-Repeat:
compile up a -current kernel, shutdown, install an eap card and reboot.

This problem was introduced between Nov 2, 2002 and Nov 9,
	2002. (netbsd-current from 2002-10-2 runs fine.)

>Fix:
	none supplied.
