That doesn't help -- at least not unless you do the same to curl, lynx, etc.

(i.e. '-O' is not a generic substitute for '-o')

It probably makes the most sense to just make the package depend on
net/lukemftp if it's not installed on a NetBSD machine and to not use
FETCH_CMD at all, but instead the appropriate FTP_CMD.

The only other real alternative is to make the script use FETCH_CMD in
the same way it's used in mk/bsd.pkg.mk (i.e. with FETCH_BEFORE_ARGS and
FETCH_AFTER_ARGS).
