	halts immediately upon loading /boot

	Compile -current.  Attempt to boot (test case was a 4000/60, others
	have reported identical behaviour with other machines).

	Revert syssrc/sys/arch/vax/boot/boot/Makefile to 1.28 and 
	syssrc/sys/arch/vax/boot/common/srt0.S to 1.2.
