pkgtools/pkgdepgraphs requires at build time a whole bunch of stuff, since it wants to build graphics/graphviz
It is not mandatory, one can have a server, without X, nor Tcl/Tk and all that sort of things.
pkgdepgraph it perfectly usable to generate dot files, which you can convert to pdf, png or whatever on an other box

Comment the line
DEPENDS+= graphviz-[0-9]*:../../graphics/graphviz
and add an indication in MESSAGE that graphviz is required to actally see the graph, not to generate it
