mail(1) dumps core periodically. I have so far only observed this while
running it from cron(8). Given that it is used for a critical tasks in
production environments, having it dump core is wholly unacceptable and
fairly disgusting.

Haven't been able to make it happen consistently thus far. I need to build
it with debugging enabled so the core dump is somewhat more useful.
