>Description:
Since one or two weeks I experience problems in "mutt" (version 1.4nb3
build from the package sources) with the screen layout. At least the compose
menu is not drawn probaly under some circumstances (see below). I can
reproduce the phenomenon in a XTerm window and on a WSCONS VGA console.

Because the problem shows up neither under NetBSD 1.6_STABLE nor with
a "mutt" package built with "USE_NCURSES=YES" I'm convinced that there
is a problem with NetBSD's "curses" library.

>How-To-Repeat:
1.) Start "mutt".
2.) Type "m" to write an e-mail, enter recipient and subject to get into
the editor used for entering the message.
3.) Enter some arbitrary text, save it and exit from the editor. You are
now in the compose menu which looks as it should.
4.) Type "e" to reenter the editor and exit from it again.
5.) You are now again in the compose menu but you only see a single line
    of it on the screen.
6.) Type "<CTRL> l" to force a redraw and the full compose menu is back.

>Fix:
None provided.
