>Description:
We are at scsh 0.5.3, scsh is at 0.6.3 in the meantime.
Most important changes (see also www.scsh.net/docu/release.html)
Now supporting SRFI 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 16, 17, 19, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30
Several bugfixes ...
scsh now bases on scheme48 0.53:
=> user level threads
=> advanced garbage collector
=> improved FFI to C
>How-To-Repeat:
Compare pksrc/shells/scsh version to that on www.scsh.net
>Fix:
get http://ayaken.net/scsh.tar.gz and finish it off (see remarks below)
scsh.tar.gz includes only the Makefile, distinfo and PLIST. What
remains to be done is:
a) the README and RELEASE files are not installed.
=> there's something in the old Makefile doing that now, but that
didn't want to work with 0.6.3
b) scsh installs scheme48.h in /usr/pkg/include, should be renamed to scsh.h
=> there's patch-aa which does this, but doesn't apply now
c) check the old patches
=> scsh seems to work fine, but I did not look at depth into it.
There were a couple of patches, the one who did all those in the
old package maybe should look at it again ? I have no idea about
patches handling... Maintainer is said to be packages@netbsd.org...
