>Description:
The existing ap-auth-postgresql package is nearly three years old.
It's home page and primary download site no longer exist. Also, it seems to no longer co-exist with file based auth methods built in to apache.
I have created a new package using the module mod_auth_pgsql from the
http://modules.apache.org database. It appears to be a derivative work of the ap-auth-postgresql package, but syntax changes are required to
.htaccess files and httpd.conf, so it is a conflicting and incompatible
replacement to ap-auth-postgresql. That's why I created a new package
named ap-auth-pgsql. I listed myself as the maintainer. Since I don't have cvs write access, please feel free to change as appropriate.
The authentication features seem to work as advertised. I have not tested the access logging functionality.
You may download a tar ball of the package source at

MD5 (ap-auth-pgsql.tgz) = 4f06b12fa8169e8bfd5ca2fc068e8fea
As always, many thanks!
