>Environment:
see above. TERM=vt100, because that's closest to my actual
terminal type. serial console to xterm running on NetBSD 1.4.x system.
>Description:
with TERM=vt100 (using the termcap on the install floppies),
the sysinst TZ selection box is totally broken.
in particular, there's no way to move between selections in the
box. I can use 'x' to get to the 'exit' option, and > and < to
page down and up. However, it looks like arrow keys are the only
way to move between individual entries in the box.
in my configuration, the arrow keys don't work for whatever reason,
leaving me unable to select anything useful with the box.
if there is an alternate movement mechanism, it should be noted
in the descriptive text. (indeed, use of arrow keys to move should
also be noted. E.g. "Using arrow keys or <alternative>, please
choose..."
>How-To-Repeat:
install 1.6.1 on i386, using serial console being communicated to
from an xterm on a netbsd 1.4.x system, which causes you to use
TERM=vt100 to run sysinst.
