System: NetBSD elysium 1.6T NetBSD 1.6T (elysium) #0: Mon May 26 00:13:40 EST 2003 rtr@elysium:/x/scratch/elysium i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:
I'm not entirely sure of the implications of this, or if I should not have
expected it to just work.
In 1.6 release sets /usr/include/machine is a directory, when overlaying new
-current world (in which /usr/include/machine is a symlink) the directory
is never replaced with the symlink and as a result nothing in machine/* is
ever updated.
Perhaps this is something that should be in UPDATING if it's not going to be
magically handled when unpacking -current.
>How-To-Repeat:
+ Install 1.6 from sets on ftp.netbsd.org
+ Extract some recent -current sets to /
+ Notice that /usr/include/machine/* is not updated.
