When finishing install to return install system menu, NetBSD/alpha-1.6.1 install floppy says " id 0 comm sysinst on /: file system full"
At install, root file system is mfs. The root file system has enough space.

I use snapshot at 2003/8/12 on current branche. It happens same phenomenon.
