>Description:
	As part of correcting outdated license texts in the NetBSD source
	tree, I have made contact with authors whose copyrights are
	associated with required license texts, asking them if they are
	willing to allow such licenses to have the advertising clauses
	removed.

	Mark Nudelman has kindly consented to allow all code in the
	NetBSD source tree under his copyright to be relicensed in such a
	fashion. He will be asked to send confirmation of this to the PR
	and the Board, once the PR is opened.

	Additionally, prior licensing statements have consistantly
	transposed characters in his name; this patch remedies it in all
	files that are involved.
