Yeah, but that was just the "how-to-repeat" suggestion.

The true problem remains that "make build" from pkgsrc doesn't run "make
all" in the "info" sub-directory -- and if that is not done then the the
result is that "make all" may be done in the "info" sub-directory during
"make install" from pkgsrc.

This isn't necessarily a problem for manual installs -- only automated
build systems like pkgsrc.
