NetBSD vincent 1.6ZC NetBSD 1.6ZC (HP) #1: Mon Sep 29 17:25:01 CEST 2003 vincent@vincent:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/HP i386
>Description:
Up to version 1.6W, my Disk on chip key (Iomega mini, 128 KB) worked perfectly. Having switched to 1.6ZC, it is now impossible to mount the DoC. While the kernel recognizes correctly the device, a « mount /dev/sd0e» seems to hang the kernel. After a while the kernel says « fabricating a geometry » then stalls again, and, at last, ends up giving up saying «mount input/output error ».
If I unplug the DoC, the kernel just stops, but before, it displays this :
BBB reset failed, IOERROR
BBB bulk-in clear stall failed, IOERROR
BBB bulk-out clear stall failed, IOERROR
this message repeats a number of times.
>How-To-Repeat:
Plug a Iomega Mini DoC in the USB port ! ;)
