>Description:
So, xfstt in the pkgsrc tree is pretty much out-of-date. I imagine the
reason this is is becaus xfstt-1.6 doesn't like our current toolchain.
>How-To-Repeat:
try to simplistically update to xfstt-1.6 and see compiler problems
>Fix:
A line or two needed to be changed in the xfstt-1.6 source to make
the compiler happy. New patch files, modified distinfo, modified Makefile,
etc are all available in a tarball at the following address:
http://www.rune.ca/xfstt.tar.gz
Hopefully that's enough, and hopefully I didn't munge the PLIST too badly.
I've been running that xfstt now for a few weeks of heavy font-munching
goodness, and all seems well.
