>Description:
when postfix starts in /etc/rc.d startup, it sometimes cannot start
because of the following error:
postfix/master: pipe: too many open files
however, it happens only occasionally, and if i start postfix by
hand afterwards it works okay.
i'm using named 9.2.3, and in-tree postfix.
