I've created a package for nosefart (see http://nosefart.sourceforge.net/)
With it one may play NSF files.  These files contain music extracted from NES cartridges.  I've allowed for this to compile on NetBSD, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, and Linux; but only NetBSD has been tested.
