Sylpheed changed default behavior of its IPv6 support, so it should be
disabled explicitly.  Because this change was introduced in 0.9.8,
neither sylpheed-claw (0.9.7) nor sylpheed-gtk2 (0.9.5) is affected
yet, but it would be better to patch them now.
