The symlink integrity check introduced in PR #23048 fails if a package
contains symlinks and is installed as a pkgviews package.

For example, lang/tcl has three symlinks.  After installing it into
the standard view, 'pkg_admin check tcl' shows the following:

  % pkg_admin check tcl
  symlink (/usr/pkg/bin/tclsh) is not same as recorded value, Symlink:/usr/pkg/packages/tcl-8.3.4/bin/tclsh: Symlink:tclsh8.3
  symlink (/usr/pkg/lib/libtcl83.so) is not same as recorded value, Symlink:/usr/pkg/packages/tcl-8.3.4/lib/libtcl83.so: Symlink:libtcl83.so.1.0
  symlink (/usr/pkg/lib/libtcl83.so.1) is not same as recorded value, Symlink:/usr/pkg/packages/tcl-8.3.4/lib/libtcl83.so.1: Symlink:libtcl83.so.1.0
