I find problems in that file and other in that directory. It is almost as though a header file is missing, perhaps? There are missing prototypes and some missing var declarations elsewhere.

I am not certain what went wrong and when. So I am not able to offer what
would be a proper patch. Given the mod dates of the files in this directory
I doubt the problem is in these files.
