proc_representative_lwp() sometimes returns NULL for fill_kproc2().
i've seen this twice. and in both cases,
p_nlwps == 1
p_lwps.lh_first == NULL
p_rlwps == 0
p_zlwps == 0
p_stat == SACTIVE
p_flag == P_EXEC|P_CONTROLT
the process was at the head of allprocs.
