it cannot find tcl84.

cd /usr/pkgsrc/chat/eggdrop && make update
Install latest tcl from lang/tcl beforehand.
>Fix:
Change the reference to "../../lang/tcl83/buildlink2.mk" in EggDrop's
Makefile to "../../lang/tcl/buildlink2.mk".
