I know I don't deserve another chance, but this _is_ America,
and as an American, aren't I entitled to one? --Sideshow Bob.

>Description:
I upgraded an old (1.6B userland / 1.6M kernel) i386 box by using the
"upgrade" option of sysinst. Apparently the wrong set of bootblocks are
installed if you select "upgrade bootblocks" (the top option, I forget the
exact menu item name). I needed to manually install bootxx_ffsv1-- whatever
bootblocks were actually installed rebooted the machine the instant they
were executed.
