>Description:
<netdb.h> provides flags for getipnodebyname(): AI_V4MAPPED,
AI_ALL, AI_ADDRCONFIG & AI_DEFAULT
The ntp build #ifdef's on one of these flags, viz. AI_ADDRCONFIG,
to alter how it builds ntpdc and ntpq
PS. what category should this (relevant to a general header) be in?
>How-To-Repeat:
Run "ntpq -p" and see a new error/warning message
>Fix:
#if 0 or remove that section, at least until getipnodebyname() is
implemented (if ever)
