>Environment:
System: NetBSD beasty.aprisoft.de 2.0G NetBSD 2.0G (NIGHT-OWL) #1: Mon Aug 30 22:47:16 CEST 2004 martin@night-owl.duskware.de:/usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/NIGHT-OWL i386
Architecture: i386
Machine: i386
>Description:

I'm using ifwatchd to configure my notebook automagically to various networks
I regularily visit. While the carrier up script is called always for the ath0
interface, the bce0 connection is not always recognized.

Nevertheless ifconfig bce0 always shows the correct status of the link
(and I have the suspicion that once you do that, the routing message is
generated).

>How-To-Repeat:

Use "ifwatchd bce0 -c ..." or "route monitor", plug/unplug/plug/unplug the
ethernet cable.

>Fix:
n/a; I'll look into it.
