/usr/libexec/makewhatis generates different lines for cat and man
versions of manual pages thus duplicating most entries in the
whatis db. The cat version should be parsed more/better to insert the
section information. The parsing on the man version also sometimes
doesn't work and loses the version information (e.g. on man1/man.1)
