>Description:
On a newly installed NetBSD 2.0 RC1 system, after network is setup, anyone can't send mail. The reason is that /etc/mail/local-host-names must be filled with what's returned by hostname.
Needless to say, working MTA is crucial for every UNIX-like system.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install fresh NetBSD 2.0 RC1, configure network, try to send mail, even to local users. The mail is rejected.
>Fix:
Document it somewhere: INSTALL or afterboot(8).
