	If a checkout is performed to retreive pkgsrc-2004Q3 from 
	anoncvs.netbsd.org, It will complain about a missing file:
	``cvs [checkout aborted]: could not find desired version 1.1 in 
	/cvsroot/pkgsrc/licenses/Attic/scsl-2.3-license,v''
	Mirrors may be already affected too since I don't know when did the 
	problem started.
	By talking with Hubert Feyer, it seems that there is a missing ,v file
	in the repository.
	Most likely, old versions than HEAD are affected as well.

	env CVS_RSH=ssh cvs -d anoncvs@anoncvs.netbsd.org:/cvsroot co -rpkgsrc-2004Q3 -P pkgsrc
