	genfs_revoke marks the given vnode as VXLOCK, and then calls vgone
	for each alias vnodes.  vgone will block if the vnode is already
	marked as VXLOCK.
	thus, it deadlocks if another thread does the same thing
	for one of the alias vnodes in the meantime.
