man 9 vnode still speaks about the v_id variable in struct vnode. This
variable has been removed and the documentation needs to reflect on how name
lookup cache consistency is maintained without v_id. 
man 9 namecache holds info on struct namecache. 
This also needs to be updated.

On last check, this applies to NetBSD-current too.
