	I usually shutdown my system with "shutdown -p", occassionally with
	some time delay. Sometimes I find it frozen in X. Yesterday I managed
	to switch to virtual console 1 before shutdown, and it hung again:

	Either way, the panic's annoying, can someone fix it?
