>Description:
I usually shutdown my system with "shutdown -p", occassionally with
some time delay. Sometimes I find it frozen in X. Yesterday I managed
to switch to virtual console 1 before shutdown, and it hung again:
Done sunning shutdown hooks.
panic: kernel debugging assertion "vp->savp_lwp == l2" failed:

I'm not sure if the hang at the end is related to the one in
PR 28875.
Either way, the panic's annoying, can someone fix it?
>How-To-Repeat:
Run "shutdown -p now" and see it sometimes blow up.
