Synopsis: X server virtual console switching

I've removed the unnecessary switch as suggested. But I've used a compile
time check (there's little benefit from testing at run time) and turned
it off only for NetBSD 2.0 and above. NetBSD 1.6.x has an own "xsrc"
branch anyway, and I don't want to risk regression in case people run
the "xsrc" HEAD branch on a 1.6.x system.

Unfortunately this doesn't fix the problem when multiple X11 servers
are started via "xdm". I still get a "usl_detachtimeout" error in
this case.
