That fixes it in -current.  I applied the changes from 1.213 of 
tcp_input, 1.67 of tcp_timer.c and 1.116 of tcp_var.h  (with minor 
edits) to 2.0 and the problem is gone there as well. Can you please 
request a pull-up to 2.0?   Thanks.
