>Description:
cached tree doesn't seem to reflect dynamically created nodes.
it's inconvenient when using /etc/sysctl.conf.
eg.
% sudo sysctl -w vm //create=test test > /dev/null
sysctl: top level name 'test' in 'test' is invalid
% sysctl test
test: no children
