Really, really, use build.sh. See the documentation on
http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/current/
The reason why you get an error is that the config(8) utility on your
system is not up-to-date, and doesn't know about the new syntax bits
used by -current.
build.sh makes everything easy. Use it. I strongly believe we should
simply stop documenting the legacy way of building a kernel.
