 We need to know a bit more about your machine, since this does not happen
 always - there must be something special about your machine. What would
 help best is if you could attach a serial cable to the first com port,
 then stop the bootloader (press space while it counts down), issue
 the command
 
 consdev com0
 
 and then on a terminal program connected to the other side of the serial
 line start to capture and type
 
 boot
