Hi,
there's no panic() call in xennet_initm and you forgot the offset from
xennet_init here. Do you remember what the panic message was ?
If you still have this kernel's compile directory, can you check where
0xc0a3f038 is in the sources ? Or, if this happens again, can you note
the offset in xennet_init() where panic() is called ?
