pppoectl(8) doesn't seem to honor -f anymore. Calling it with a config file for a pppoe(4) doesn't result in parameters being changed.
>How-To-Repeat:
Create a pppoe(4) device. Create a file pppoe.conf containing for example a line "myauthname=foo". Call pppoectl -f pppoe.conf pppoe0. Check with pppoectl pppoe0. "myauthname" is still "".
