I've got two of these devices, and when plugged
in and accessed thru kermit (set line /dev/ttyU0)
there is an immediate system crash (page fault or
some such).  I'm assumming that this is the proper
way to access the unit (if not please let me know).

   What can I do to help fix this bug?
