The Netpliance i-Opener, an i586, fails to boot NetBSD 2.0.2 and
1.6.2.  The boot loader loads, counts down, and then loads the kernel.
The loading of the kernel appears to work because the spinner spins,
but it hangs at this line:

5521888+113128+342724 [307126+258209]=0x63e904

The numbers shown above are from the default NetBSD 1.6.2 kernel and
differ on NetBSD 2.0.2's default kernel and other custom kernels;
however the point at which the kernel fails is the same despite which
kernel or NetBSD release is used.  The default kernels from NetBSD
2.0.2 and 1.6.2 were tested as were three kernels built from the
GENERIC, GENERIC_TINY, and IOPENER configuration files on NetBSD
2.0.2.

*note* This is a near duplicate of NetBSD Problem Report #29001.  I am
sending this copy because the first was sent using the send-pr web
form which does not add newlines; hence, producing output which is
difficult to read.  Also, I have tried the installation of NetBSD
2.0.2; however, when I posted PR #29001 only NetBSD 2.0 was available.

Place a 2.5" hard disk in a PC with a CD-ROM drive and install either
NetBSD 2.0 or 1.6.2.  Move the hard disk into the i-Opener and power
it on.
