Mostly it's an El Torito + BIOS issue.
If I force the 2.88 floppy emulation in the El Torito header, it looks
like everything is okay. In all other cases it says that's a 2.88 floppy
image, but won't boot with some BIOSes. The 90% of desktop mainboards boot
okay, but picky ones like HP/Compaq desktops and Proliant servers hang up
with Input/Output Error. Probably they try to emulate an 1.44MB floppy
from the 2.88MB image, or whatever...
Two-diskette booting is another question. It works for me now with the
latest CVS. Hmmm. Please close this PR for now.
